Wait a minute I was reading and thinking, I am SO hot I know all that until I learned something... But then I modestly added "path":"echo $PATH" to my package.json and I just realized it does that for all sub folders up to (or down to I dont know) the root folder "/" (or "C:\" or "else") listing all sub folder from the project directory you are in...

/home/luxcium/node_modules/.bin

/home/node_modules/.bin

/node_modules/.bin

I now do understand it better in fact...
